Sibelco is seeking a dedicated Production Operator for its Jarinu site in São Paulo. You will ensure installations operate according to procedures, monitor processes, and perform quality checks to meet specifications.

You will document data and assist maintenance teams to keep production flowing reliably. We value hands-on experience in production, strong English reading skills, and the ability to follow safety policies.

Qualificações

• Technical English reading and comprehension required.
• Experience in a similar production role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and adjust installations per procedures and policies.
• Start/stop pumps, open/close taps, and respond to alerts.
• Perform quality checks on products to meet process specs.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with team to remedy.
• Maintain accurate production data in the IT system.
• Support maintenance technicians during maintenance activities.

Together, we can shape the future.Job Description:Role Purpose:Ensure the installations perform the desired operation(s) according to the existing procedures and policies as well as monitor the installations in order to guarantee the delivery of a (semi-)finished product in accordance with the specifications.Responsibilities:Handle and adjust the installations according to the existing procedures and policies. Serves pumps, open and closes taps, etcFixes alertsAnalyse and perform multiple quality checks of the respective products in order to meet the requirements of the process.Identify non-conformities throughout the production process and address other employees to ensure qualitative productsControl the amount of products produced by an installationCarry out auxiliary tasks to the production process, according to the orientations of the procedures and their superiorsPerforms small maintenance activities and assists the maintenance technicians as well as electricians in large maintenance activitiesWorks in conjunction with weighbridge operators, bagging operators etc when needed to ensure continuous productionPut all relevant production data into the required IT systemEnsure the use of personal protective equipment and take responsibility for its safekeeping and conservation as provided in the safety policy manualAbout you:Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experiencePrior experience in a similar roleTechnical English – Read and comprehendEmployee Type:PermanentWhy Join Us?Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
