A leading company in the FMCG sector is seeking individuals to join its factory team in Ponta Grossa, Brazil. The role involves working part of a shift team, where you will be accountable for machine performance and support the resolution of operational issues. Candidates should have a strong background in English communication and ideally possess experience in factory operations and mechanical maintenance. Qualificações

• Must have fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in the FMCG / Factory Operations sector is preferred.
• Mechanical training or experience in fault-finding is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to a shift team of up to 15 associates to achieve targets.
• Accountable for the performance of various machines and processes.
• Escalate issues appropriately and provide clear handover.
• Repair mechanical breakdowns as necessary.
