Mars is looking for passionate Cybersecurity Assurance & Compliance Analysts in São Paulo to join the Vendor Cyber Risk Management team. This role involves conducting risk assessments, identifying security gaps, and partnering with internal teams to manage compliance and enhance the cybersecurity framework. Ideal candidates will possess at least 2 years in cybersecurity or related fields and have familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001. Qualificações

• 2+ years’ experience in Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Assurance, IT Audit, or related areas.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or similar.
• Ability to analyse technical risks and translate findings into actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

As part of the VCRM team, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and reducing cyber risk across our third‑party vendor landscape.

You will:

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments across vendors and suppliers
• Identify security gaps, vulnerabilities, and compliance risks
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive remediation activities
• Monitor vendor security posture using cybersecurity assessment tools and frameworks
• Support user access reviews and attestation processes
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and cybersecurity best practices
• Help strengthen Mars’ overall cyber resilience and compliance posture

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking collaborative, analytical, and proactive cybersecurity professionals who thrive in fast‑paced global environments.

• 2+ years’ experience in Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Assurance, IT Audit, or related areas
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyse technical risks and translate findings into actionable insights

Nice to Have

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
• Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, ISO27001, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.)
• Experience working with third‑party/vendor risk management
• Knowledge of access governance or identity assurance processes
