As part of the Operations / Strategy team, the selected candidates will play a key role in optimizing processes, analyzing marketplace behavior, and driving innovation. Role Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use internal and external data to support pricing strategies, operational improvements, and business growth.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Identify new opportunities and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Engagement & Optimization: Create strategies to improve driver experience and engagement, ensuring marketplace efficiency.
• Process & Product Improvement: Optimize existing workflows, support product enhancements, and ensure a seamless operational experience.

Role Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in data analytics, operations, or strategy role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
