What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for an Operations Specialist based in Brazil to join our Operations Payins team. The main responsibility is to ensure our operations run smoothly and that all processes are optimized, both internally and externally.

What will I be doing?

• Identify problems, operational issues, and potential concerns
• Work closely with other teams to facilitate their work by providing transaction information, feedback from local providers, and analysis of current issues affecting clients and local processes (Audit, BackOffice, etc.)
• Analyze performance results and promote optimizations to achieve the best conversion rates
• Recommend solutions based on research and analysis, supporting them with presentations and reports

What skills do I need?

• Adaptability to constant change in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; self-starter; willing to work across time zones with global teams
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills
• Attention to detail to identify flaws and issues
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple activities and projects
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience in fintech/payment industry
• Data analytics experience is a plus
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
