Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Operations Manager with strong client relations skills to oversee ground operations. This role acts as a liaison between the executive team and the operational staff, ensuring smooth execution of services and maintaining positive client relationships.

The ideal candidate will manage the work of housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry teams, while also engaging with clients to provide updates and address concerns. This position requires a blend of operational oversight and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Oversee day-to-day ground operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry services.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure service quality and efficiency.
