Jobtailor is seeking a Lean and Continuous Improvement professional to elevate site performance in Brazil. You will lead improvement programs, coach teams, and apply A3, 5S, visual management, and flow to standardize processes and deliver results.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to sustain daily management systems, track KPIs, and drive kaizen events. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience are required; Excel and Power BI familiarity is a

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing, operations, engineering, or continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Strong experience with Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence teams and work closely with operations.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
