You will impact order completion, delivery times, and unit economics across major Brazilian metros. The role requires strong SQL/Excel skills, experience with BI tools, and excellent communication to collaborate across regional teams.

As an Operation Analyst for Brazil Food at DiDi, you will drive operational excellence and marketplace growth for our food delivery business in Brazil by analyzing supply-demand dynamics, optimizing fulfillment efficiency, and informing regional strategy through data-driven insights; your work will directly impact order completion rates, delivery times, and unit economics across major Brazilian metros. You will join the Brazil Food Operations team whose mission is to scale safe, reliable, and cost-effective food delivery by improving driver‑partner allocation, merchant performance, and customer experience through cross‑functional execution.
Language of Chinese, English, Portuguese must be native.
