99, Brazil’s DiDi food delivery unit, is seeking a Merchant Operations Intern to support daily campaign execution, data tracking, trend monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to improve activity performance.

You’ll work with Product, Marketing, User Growth and other teams, collect merchant data, draft ideas, run basic analyses in Excel or Google Sheets, and help optimize campaigns while embracing Brazilian market nuances.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with basic data analysis ability.
• SQL writing is a plus.
• English is the working language for this role.
• Bonus: ability to speak Chinese.
• Previous internship experience in merchant strategy, marketing, or growth operations.
• Familiarity with Brazilian local culture, social media trends.

Responsabilidades

• Insight Collection & Content Support: Collect merchant registration data, trending topics, and social signals to support campaign ideation; assist with basic copywriting and content assets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with Product, Marketing, User Growth, and other teams to support smooth campaign execution and logistics.
• Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation: Support data collection and analysis on key metrics (sell-through rate, conversion, ROl, etc.), and provide data-based insights for campaign optimization.
