Job Description
  1. Provide office support services to all departments.
  2. Greet customers and visitors to ensure guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel.
  3. Address incoming/outgoing correspondence.
  4. Manage biometric system, taxi service, visitors’ sign-up system.
  5. Collaborate with and supervise cleaning service provider to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility.
  6. Monitor office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  7. Prepare and submit weekly reports if required.
  8. Coordinate and maintain administrative records.
  9. Manage internal communication pages.
  10. Pre-approve all office-related orders and invoices with the Office Lead.
  11. Monitor office equipment and arrange technical maintenance as needed.
  12. Purchase office supplies and equipment while maintaining proper stock levels.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  14. Oversee construction projects, furniture inventory, and maintenance.
  15. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and assist with event preparation.
  16. Address customer complaints or issues.
Qualifications
  • High school, GED, or other secondary education.
  • Good command of English (at least B2 level).
  • Process-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and punctuality.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
