O candidato ideal terá pelo menos 3 anos de experiência, conhecimentos avançados de redes e experiência com ferramentas de monitorização (HP NNM, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor). A função envolve colaboração com equipas internacionais e gestão de projetos. Local de trabalho em Lisboa e regime potencial híbrido.

Qualificações

• Experiência de pelo menos 3 anos numa posição semelhante.
• Conhecimento avançado de redes: WAN/LAN, Data Centre, roteamento/switching.
• Conhecimento de VOIP, comunicações unificadas, conectividade, cloud e serviços de operadora.

Responsabilidades

• Suporte de 3.ª linha BAU e entrega de projetos.
• Fornecer orientação técnica e de processos a membros da equipa.
• Suportar uma população de utilizadores em 50+ países, incluindo escritórios, fábricas e utilizadores remotos.
• Gerir pequenos trabalhos de projeto de forma independente dentro de uma equipa internacional.

Spring Professional is recruiting a Senior Network Engineer (M/F) for a multinational company in the health sector, based in Lisbon. As part of continued development our client is building an IT competency centre in Lisbon, and require technically qualified, adaptable and ambitious IT professionals to support the global operation.

Role

• Network engineer to provide 3rd line BAU support as well as project delivery. Provide 'last line of defence' to existing offshore ServiceDesk and 1st/2nd level support technicians.
• Provide technical and process guidance to other members of the team, as well as interface with other IT towers, Convatec Stakeholders and Head of Network lead to ensure team are focussed on the appropriate objectives.
• Supporting a diverse user population across 50+ countries, covering office locations, manufacturing sites and remote users.
• Ability to manage small project works independently as well as operating as part of a larger international team for more complex projects.

Responsabilities

• Major Incident/Problem/Change assessment and resolution.
• Monitoring of performance related issues using real time monitoring software
• Supporting development and project teams in a DevOps environment.
• Installation, configuration, upgrading software and related products
• Enhancing automation, scripting, non-functional testing within the platform area
• Design, planning and engineering for small project works
• Identify opportunities for improvement in services and create appropriate utilities to manage the environment
• Work in virtual teams including Project Managers, Technical Towers, Service Delivery and 3rd Parties to define project deliverables, agree on timescales and implement through change process

Profile

• Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
• Advanced technical knowledge of network services administration, automation, troubleshooting and delivery including: WAN, LAN, Data Centre Network, Network Routing / Switching Protocols, Network Authentication, Network Management Tools (HP NNM / SolarWinds / Logic Monitor)
• Technical background with knowledge of relevant technologies; VOIP, Unified Communications, Connectivity, Cloud Services, carrier services and management
