A nossa cliente internacional procura um Engenheiro de Data Center para a nova equipa em Porto. Juntam-se a uma empresa que oferece ambientes desafiantes e colaboração com equipas globais para construir e manter infraestruturas de data center modernas.
O candidato ideal tem formação em engenharia/ciência da computação, experiência em data centers e conhecimento de VMware, vSphere, Unity e Isilon. Partilha a ambição de evoluir na carreira e prosperar num ambiente dinâmico.
Qualificações
- Grau em engenharia ou ciência da computação ou equivalente internacional.
- Experiência em construção/operações de data center.
- Conhecimento em infraestrutura hiperconvergente (VCE, VMware, Unity, Isilon).
- Excelente trabalho em equipa e comunicação.
- Capacidade de trabalhar em ambiente de rápida mudança.
- Disposição para assumir responsabilidade e atitude prática.
- Desejo de desenvolver a carreira profissional.
Responsabilidades
- Construir e operar uma infraestrutura de data center híbrido (nuvem privada e pública).
- Trabalhar numa equipa global para desenvolver serviços de DC com tecnologias hiperconvergentes.
- Gerir operações diárias do data center, automatizar rotinas e acompanhar eventos.
- Operar numa equipa global, assegurando alta qualidade de serviço.
- Elevar a configuração do data center com tecnologias de ponta.
- Assumir a responsabilidade end-to-end mantendo um ritmo elevado.
- Contribuir para a transformação digital e entrega de valor.

Our new client is looking for a IT Data Center Engineer to join its new team in Porto.
- Build and operation of a hybrid data center (DC) infrastructure (private and public cloud);
- Work within a global team to develop and shape DC services based on hyperconverged IT infrastructure technologies (VCE, V-Block);
- Manage day-to-day data center operations, automate routine parts and follow-up on DC events;
- Operate in a global team and ensure high level of service quality;
- Elevate data center set-up to the next level by applying state-of-the art technologies;
- Take end to end accountability and keep up a high pace in a complex environment.
- Degree in engineering / computer science or an international equivalent;
- First professional experience in data center build and/or operations;
- Sound knowledge in the area of Hyperconverged Infrastructure (VCE), VMware, vSphere, Unity and Isilon Storage technologies;
- Good team player with high level of integrity and strong communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast changing environment;
- Willingness to take responsibility and a "get it done" mentality;
