Job Description

What You Will Do

1. Design and implement complex backend features using Node.js and TypeScript;
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions;
3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices;
4. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and troubleshoot technical issues;
5. Communicate frequently and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.

Must Haves

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
2. 5+ years of experience as a backend software engineer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software;
3. Strong Node.js experience, with proficiency in TypeORM and TypeScript (NestJS experience is also considered valuable);
4. Knowledge about Git for version control and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows;
5. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in an environment with high levels of uncertainty;
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves

1. Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure-as-code to manage scalable cloud resources;
2. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure.
