This is a remote position and we are hiring candidates from the whole country.

What you will do

1. Design and implement complex backend features using Node.js and TypeScript.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
4. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Communicate frequently and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.

Must haves

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a backend software engineer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
3. Strong Node.js experience, with proficiency in TypeORM and TypeScript (NestJS experience is also considered valuable).
4. Knowledge about Git for version control and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.
5. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in an environment with high levels of uncertainty.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to haves

1. Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure-as-code to manage scalable cloud resources.
2. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure.
