Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on a full-time basis (Monday and Friday Home Office and the other days in person work).

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, developing, executing, and measuring 360 communication strategies, including content strategies and campaigns across various media channels (ON/OFF), customer relationship management (CRM) activities, and coordinating high-profile events and experiences to promote our premium automotive brands and positioning of our nameplates. This role requires a blend of communication planning, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of the automotive market.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with creative agencies to produce compelling advertising content that resonates with our target market, maintains storytelling relevance, aligns with local strategy, and adheres to global standards.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Pretest and posttest initiatives to gather target insights supporting content/media initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of monthly planning activities aligned with our brand and product objectives and calendar.
  • Coordinate with agencies all aspects of event planning, including concept development, logistics, budgeting, and execution to ensure high-profile events meet the brand’s global standards.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of experiences and events, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Develop and oversee the CRM strategy to ensure alignment with brand planning and to enhance customer relationships.
  • Engage with customers through various channels to build strong relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all 360 communication initiatives and events through key performance indicators and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media and CRM strategies with broader marketing and sales efforts.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, ensuring all interactions, content, social media, and events reflect the brand’s commitment to excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings between areas/stakeholders to ensure synchronized execution of communication initiatives.
  • Maintain a test & learn mentality to foster innovative solutions.
