Latitude.sh is seeking a Network Engineer in Brazil to design, implement, and maintain our Bare Metal Cloud network infrastructure. You will collaborate with product engineering, infrastructure operations, and network teams to ensure availability, performance, and security.

You will work on configuring BGP/OSPF, monitoring with Zabbix and Grafana, and driving improvements in network architecture. Remote-friendly with flexible hours; English proficiency required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in network engineering, focusing on design, implementation, and maintenance of complex network infrastructures.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus and Juniper routing.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools in complex network topologies like Zabbix and Grafana.
• Self-learning capability and quick absorption of new technologies.
• Experience with VXLAN and Linux automation with command-line proficiency will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with autonomy and proactivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in both operational and project environments, with the adaptability to balance operational demands and project work.
• Advanced English communication skills (B2 level or above)

The Role

As a Network Engineer at Latitude.sh, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure that supports our Bare Metal Cloud Services.

You will work closely with our product engineering, infrastructure operations and network engineering teams, to ensure the availability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure.

Your role will involve designing and implementing new network solutions, troubleshooting network issues, and providing guidance to the team on best practices.
