Alignerr is seeking a Natural Resource Conservation Scientist to help train and evaluate AI systems with real-world environmental science knowledge. This fully remote, hourly task-based contract offers 10-40 hours per week and the flexibility to work on your schedule.

You will review conservation questions, assess AI outputs on ecosystems and biodiversity, and provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning and outputs, enabling meaningful contributions to cutting-edge language models.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional experience in natural resource conservation or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of ecosystems, land management principles, and conservation frameworks.
• Ability to critically evaluate scientific reasoning and applied recommendations.
• Comfortable reviewing structured written content and delivering detailed, actionable feedback.
• Self-motivated and reliable – able to manage time and meet deadlines.
