Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Incident Response Analyst (AI Training) to remotely evaluate AI-generated security responses. This hourly contract offers 10-40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, suitable for experts who thrive in self-directed remote work.

You will analyze real-world security events, validate detection logic, and provide actionable feedback to improve how AI handles incidents at scale. Prior IR experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years hands-on experience in a SOC or IR role.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, alert queues, and investigations.
• Ability to cut noise and prioritize threats effectively.
• Strong written communication to articulate findings clearly.
• Remote, self-directed work in a freelance setup.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze realistic security events, alerts, and incident cases to evaluate AI-generated responses
• Assess root cause, blast radius, and appropriate remediation paths for simulated incidents
• Review and validate detection rules, alerting pipelines, and investigative playbooks
• Identify gaps where AI analysis diverges from how real response teams operate
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves AI security reasoning
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role
• Comfortable working across SIEM platforms, alert queues, and investigation tooling
• Skilled at cutting through noise to identify meaningful threats and prioritize effectively
• Strong written communication — able to articulate technical findings clearly
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote, task-based environment

Nice to Have

• Experience writing or tuning detection rules and playbooks
• Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, etc.)
• Background in digital forensics or malware analysis
• Prior exposure to AI evaluation or data labeling workflows
