Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of internal needs and develop customized Monday.com solutions to meet their requirements
• Implement and configure Monday.com based on internal specifications
• Train staff on how to effectively use Monday.com and provide ongoing support
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the Monday.com platform
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Monday.com and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with our team to develop best practices and processes for using Monday.com
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide timely updates on project progress

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with Monday.com
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Monday.com for clients
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken)

Contract Details

• Freelance position, 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
