We want a designer with systems thinking, able to move between strategy and interface, and mature enough to collaborate closely with product and technology teams. The role combines discovery, flow definition, and visual refinement with a focus on clarity and conversion.

• Lead discovery, journey mapping, and product hypothesis definition.
• Design interfaces with visual consistency, usability, and a focus on outcomes.
• Evolve design systems and documentation to accelerate the team.
• Follow implementation and ensure the quality of the delivered experience.
