Qualificações

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join Insider One and support our Revenue Operations team as a Messaging Operations Manager, specifically focusing on our messaging and WhatsApp products.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Negotiation and Pricing Management: Lead pricing checks and negotiate special pricing with SMS and WhatsApp vendors. Secure competitive pricing from vendors, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. Work closely with the sales team to collaborate on pricing, deal structuring, and contract terms. Manage vendor relationships to maintain favorable terms and high service levels.
• Deal Execution and Rev Ops Collaboration: Support the Revenue Operations team in driving profitability and optimizing deal execution. Ensure compliance with internal booking policies and external regulations during deal structuring. Collaborate with sales teams and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution. Assist in onboarding new sales reps and providing training on quoting tools and CRM systems.
• Operational Efficiency and Process Enhancements: Implement and manage dashboards or reporting tools to monitor deal performance, pricing efficiency, and vendor relationships. Drive process improvements that enhance the team’s scalability and efficiency. Monitor key metrics related to pricing performance, deal closure rates, and vendor management.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends to ensure that pricing remains competitive across different regions. Provide insights on SMS and WhatsApp pricing dynamics to inform strategic decisions. Stay up to date on industry benchmarks to ensure Insider One maintains its competitive edge.
