Colgate-Palmolive Recife is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead a team of merchandising assistants and execute company trade marketing strategies at the point of sale. You will strengthen client relationships, manage operational metrics, and drive sustainable results across stores.

You will guide store-level execution, ensure planogram compliance, monitor promotions, and collaborate with internal partners while maintaining policy compliance and a safe working environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Driver's license (Category B / Standard Driver's License).
• Availability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, guide, develop, and monitor the team, fostering a high-performance environment and ensuring alignment with guidelines.
• Ensure store-level execution by implementing trade marketing strategies, product availability, planogram compliance, and correct execution of promotional initiatives.
• Monitor and manage operational metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing action plans.
• Maintain strategic relationships with clients, collaboratively engaging with retail demands and strengthening commercial partnerships.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments and business partners, planning, organizing, and tracking activities, defining priorities, and ensuring adherence to routines and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, procedures, and ethical principles, maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Job Summary
