Colgate-Palmolive Sao Bernardo do Campo, Brazil, offers an internship to support the Regulatory Affairs and cosmetics vigilance team at the Via Anchieta plant. The role focuses on developing and operationalizing team activities across Brazil and Latin America.

The position requires a Pharmacy student (2nd year+) with expected graduation around Dec 2028, available for 6 hours daily from 08:00 to 15:00, and English upper-intermediate. On-site work at SBC plant is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Regulatory Affairs and cosmetics vigilance team at the Via Anchieta plant in SBC.
• Assist with regulatory requirement inquiries for Brazil and Latin America.
• Prepare and document regulatory petitions, import documentation, and status updates.
• Maintain internal submission status controls and provide support to QA/Regulatory teams.
• Handle reports from customers and health authorities.

Resumo do Cargo

Posição responsável por apoiar o time de Assuntos Regulatórios e cosmetovigilância na planta da Via Anchieta (SBC), focada no desenvolvimento e operacionalização das atividades da equipe. Auxilio em iniciativas relativas ao atendimento aos requerimentos regulatórios tanto do Brasil quanto da América Latina.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Auxiliar a equipe nas seguintes atividades que visam o atendimento aos requerimentos regulatórios:
• Comunicação de requerimentos regulatórios para equipes multi-funcionais,
• Avaliação de documentação recebida que irá compor processos de petição regulatória,
• Elaboração de petição de regularização dos produtos, solicitação de documentação necessária para exportação, acompanhamento da situação dos processos e informação de status para as áreas envolvidas,
• Atualização de controles internos de status de submissões
• Fornecimento de suporte às outras áreas nos assuntos relacionados à Vigilância Sanitária.
• Auxilio na tratativa dos relatos recebidos por meio de notificações de clientes e autoridades sanitárias

Requisitos Necessários

• Cursando Farmácia (a partir do 2º ano) - Período noturno.
• Previsão de formação a partir de Dez/2028;
• Possibilidade de estagiar 6h/dia, das 08h00 às 15h00;
• Inglês upper intermediate;
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente na planta da Via Anchieta (SBC).

• Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe;
• Perfil proativo e com forte desejo de aprendizado;
