Colgate-Palmolive Recife is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead a team of merchandising assistants, execute trade marketing strategies at the point of sale, and strengthen client relationships. You will manage operational metrics and drive sustainable results across retail channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office, plus travel availability. This is a hybrid position based in Recife with growth opportunities within a global consumer goods leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead, guide, develop, and monitor the team, fostering a high-performance environment and ensuring alignment with guidelines.
• Ensure store-level execution by implementing trade marketing strategies, product availability, planogram compliance, and correct execution of promotional initiatives.
• Monitor and manage operational metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing action plans.
• Maintain strategic relationships with clients, collaboratively engaging with retail demands and strengthening commercial partnerships.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments and business partners, planning, organizing, and tracking activities, defining priorities, and ensuring adherence to routines and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, procedures, and ethical principles, maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Job Summary
