Purpose: Provides technical and medical information, handles adverse events/product complaints, and documents interactions according to organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines. The level of information provided aligns with the individual's expertise, experience, and training.

Responsibilities:

• Respond accurately and professionally to technical and medical inquiries via phone, email, internet, or mail regarding pharmaceutical or device products.
• Process fulfillments and provide clinical trial information or after-hours on-call support.
• Analyze questions to formulate concise responses using approved resources, and document interactions in appropriate databases.
• Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints, providing follow-up support as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of project and corporate policies, including client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve inquiries, researching medical literature and drafting responses when necessary.
• Provide administrative support as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant education or experience in life sciences.
• Native Portuguese speaker with strong English skills in reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking.
• Proficient in computer use and keyboarding.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret medical and technical information and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
