Plan and execute a sourcing strategy for Media Spend categories (digital, creative, content, production, fees, eCommerce, etc.) to drive innovation and optimize budget, quality, compliance, cost, and service levels. The Latam Media Procurement Sr. Specialist applies strategic sourcing to meet stakeholder needs and support business growth by maximizing value.
Responsibilities:
- Develop spend analysis to identify opportunities for growth, efficiencies, and simplification.
- Define and lead the regional strategic sourcing process (Latin America).
- Ensure compliance and visibility across the procurement process: sourcing, buying, contracting, invoicing, and managing external relationships.
- Activate Dynamic Supplier Network to address foundational and innovative footprints.
- Review business continuity plans with key suppliers to reinforce foundational supply assurance.
- Create and monitor KPIs to ensure service excellence from suppliers.
- Segment suppliers and manage relationships effectively.
- Develop division footprint alternatives, implement changes based on innovation, and pursue strategic supplier development and outsourcing strategies.
- Build strong relationships and involve stakeholders early to expedite decisions.
- Establish partnerships for sustainable sourcing; prioritize materials and suppliers.
- Engage with thought leaders in innovative areas to adopt new ideas.
- Enhance stakeholder engagement across functions and divisions.
- Increase value through Supplier Relationship Management programs.
- Achieve cost and expense goals through value-added negotiations and savings targets.
- Participate in budgeting and ensure savings are reflected in financial statements.
- Conduct quarterly spend analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or similar.
- Solid experience in Marketing Procurement, Media, or Marketing disciplines.
- Advanced English proficiency.
