The Analytics & Testing team has a broad scope supporting the entire Direct Business Unit. We build reporting, analyze data, run tests, and measure results. Our stakeholders who we support include Brand Media, Performance Marketing, Farmers.com, FFQ online quoting, Direct sales, Customer Retention, and many others. We take data, visualize it in clear formats so that stakeholders can take action off of it, and measure outcomes.
