BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support planning and execution of marketing programs across digital, email, social, and events, helping grow brand awareness and generate leads for a world-class tech audience.

You will create content, coordinate campaigns, track performance, and research markets to sharpen messaging. This role offers 100% remote work, flexible hours, and a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B or technology environments.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot or Google Analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.
• Assist in creating and coordinating marketing content including blog posts, social copy, email copy, and presentations.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track campaign performance and compile reports with key metrics and observations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign positioning and messaging.
• Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure materials are up to date and on brand.

Marketing Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing programs across multiple channels. You will contribute to campaigns, content initiatives, and cross-functional projects that grow brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our target audiences.

What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For
