Description and Requirements

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Operations & PMO (Project Management Office) Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of marketing activities with business objectives for Motorola LATAM. This role focuses on process optimization, technology management, data-driven decision-making, and project governance to drive marketing success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Operations:

  1. Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring efficiency and performance tracking.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including LATAM Media agency stakeholders to improve campaign workflows.

Marketing Automation & Technology:

  1. Manage marketing automation tools with proven experience at Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, Asana.
  2. Ensure data accuracy and system optimization for better lead tracking and nurturing.

Performance Measurement & Analytics:

  1. Assist in marketing budget planning and tracking to maximize ROI.
  2. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing efforts.
  3. Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and attribution models to provide actionable insights.
  4. Support leadership on the development of dashboards and reporting mechanisms to enable data-driven decision-making.

PMO (Project Management Office) Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and supervise marketing project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
  2. Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Process Improvement & Governance:

  1. Adopt project management methodologies and best practices.
  2. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions for improved workflows.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

  1. Act as the bridge between LATAM marketing, finance, media agency and other key stakeholders.
  2. Facilitate regular meetings, reporting, and alignment discussions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Excellence in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. Experience: 3+ years in marketing operations, project management, or a related function.
  4. Technical Proficiency:
  5. CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  6. Project management tools Asana, Trello, Monday.com.
  7. Data analytics and visualization tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI.

Soft Skills:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Organization and excellence on Business Management System (BMS).
