Role Overview

The Marketing Operations PMO Specialist ensures the efficiency and alignment of marketing activities with business goals for Motorola LATAM, focusing on process optimization, technology management, data-driven decision-making, and project governance.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring efficiency and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including LATAM media agency stakeholders, to improve campaign workflows.
Marketing Automation Technology
  • Manage marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, and Asana.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system optimization for better lead tracking and nurturing.
Performance Measurement & Analytics
  • Assist in marketing budget planning and tracking to maximize ROI.
  • Track KPIs for marketing efforts and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and attribution models to provide insights.
  • Support leadership with dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions.
PMO Responsibilities
  • Develop and supervise marketing project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate across teams for timely execution of initiatives.
Process Improvement & Governance
  • Adopt project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for workflow improvements.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the liaison between LATAM marketing, finance, media agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, reporting, and alignment discussions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 3+ years in marketing operations, project management, or related roles.
  • Technical skills in Salesforce, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI.
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
