We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our globalteam at Prosci!
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionateabout executing digital marketing tasks using tools like HubSpot andSalesforce? We’re looking for someone who thrives in
day-to-daymarketing execution
and enjoys working in a fast-paced,collaborative environment.
Please note:
This is a fullyoperational role.
We are
not looking for managers or strategicleadership profiles . The position is focused on
tacticalexecution and daily marketing tasks .
Key responsibilitiesinclude:
Executing and maintaining marketing campaigns andworkflows in HubSpot and Salesforce.
Managing logistics for globalwebinars, including registration setup, email invitations, technicalsupport, and post-event communications.
Creating and schedulingassets like emails, forms, and CTAs with a focus on quality andconsistency.
Supporting localization and content updates forSpanish and Portuguese-speaking markets.
Uploading and updatingwebsite content such as blogs and case studies using CMStools.
What we’re looking for:
Currently living in
BeloHorizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil .
4+ years of hands-onexperience
in marketing operations or a similar support role (non-managerial ).
Strong working knowledgeof
HubSpot
(Marketing & CMS Hub) and
Salesforce.
Familiarity with UX principles, basic SEO, and digital contentpublishing.
High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word,PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Strong attention to detail, taskownership, and the ability to follow throughconsistently.
Advanced English is required; Portuguese or anotherlanguage is a strong plus.
