Red Bull is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and partnerships across marketing areas. You will work closely with managers and specialists to contribute to operational excellence and project coordination.

You will gain exposure to the dynamic world of marketing, develop reports and dashboards, assist with budgets and vendor coordination, and help create compelling materials that support brand objectives.

Qualificações

• Expected graduation in December 2028.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in marketing, media, events, partnerships, culture, sports, gaming, or brand-building activities is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• MARKETING PROJECT & CAMPAIGN SUPPORT: Support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects, campaigns, events, activations, and partnerships.
• STAKEHOLDER & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Work with internal departments, agencies, suppliers, partners, and regional teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
• REPORTING & BUSINESS ANALYSIS: Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance tracking materials; analyze results to provide actionable insights.
• ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCIAL SUPPORT: Support budget tracking, purchase orders, contract administration, vendor management, and financial reporting.
• MARKETING MATERIALS & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT: Assist in creating and coordinating presentations, marketing materials, creative assets, proposals, and internal communications.

Job Description

MARKETING PROJECT & CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects, campaigns, events, activations, and partnerships. Assist with timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day project management activities to ensure flawless execution and alignment with brand objectives.

STAKEHOLDER & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Work closely with internal departments, agencies, suppliers, partners, and regional teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery. Support the coordination of meetings, information sharing, and follow-up of action plans.

REPORTING & BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance tracking materials. Analyze campaign, project, and business results, transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Support budget tracking, purchase orders (POs), contract administration, vendor management, payment processes, and financial reporting. Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with internal processes.

MARKETING MATERIALS & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
Assist in the creation and coordination of presentations, marketing materials, creative assets, proposals, and internal communications that support business goals and enhance stakeholder engagement.
