We are seeking a Campaign Manager to oversee end-to-end email marketing campaigns for WinDifferent's partners. You will ensure strategic alignment with product, sales, and ICP to boost engagement, conversions, and stakeholder collaboration. This role combines marketing expertise with project management, focusing on data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with clients to understand their value proposition and align campaign strategies.
2. Analyzing products/services to identify unique selling points and tailor email campaigns.
3. Managing the full lifecycle of email campaigns, including timelines, team coordination, and quality control.
4. Developing and executing targeted campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing for engagement and conversions.
5. Implementing A/B testing to refine messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in Digital Marketing.
• 2+ years in Client-Facing roles.
• 2+ years in Project Management.
• 2+ years working with or in an international company.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with email marketing and campaign management.

Nice to have:

• 2+ years remote work experience.
