Oitchau, uma empresa líder em controle de ponto e timesheets, busca um Analista de Marketing Mid-Level para se juntar à sua equipe. O candidato ideal terá experiência em copywriting e automação de marketing, além de habilidades em criação de conteúdo eficaz. O papel envolve desenvolver apresentações persuasivas e otimizar estratégias de comunicação, contribuindo para o aumento da visibilidade da marca e engajamento com o público. Este é um trabalho híbrido, com três dias de trabalho presencial e dois dias remotos, localizado em Pinheiros, São Paulo.
We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Marketing Analyst to support Oitchau’s marketing team in executing key initiatives. This role requires a strong background in copywriting, content creation, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will develop persuasive materials, optimize communication strategies, and enhance brand positioning through strategic content and webinars execution.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Copywriting: Create persuasive texts for sales presentations, product pages, email marketing campaigns, and other conversion materials, ensuring a strong and coherent sales appeal.
Commercial Materials Creation: Develop institutional and sales presentations that clearly and impactfully communicate Oitchau’s value proposition and solutions.
Content Development: Create strategic content for various platforms (webinars, social media, newsletters) focused on lead attraction and conversion.
Email Marketing and Automation: Plan, write, and configure email marketing campaigns and nurturing flows within HubSpot, ensuring proper segmentation and effective performance metrics.
Marketing Tools Management: Operate platforms such as HubSpot.
Basic Design in Figma: Create and adjust simple visual materials to support campaigns and presentations, ensuring brand consistency and alignment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in copywriting and creating marketing materials with a commercial focus.
Solid knowledge of persuasion techniques and storytelling applied to marketing.
Ability to structure impactful sales presentations and sales arguments.
Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
Basic knowledge of Figma for adjustments and visual content creation.
Strong organizational, execution, and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different business areas.
Fluency in English.
