Qualificações

  • Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Planning Operations, or Business Management.
  • 10+ years in Manufacturing Supply Chain with exposure to complex regulatory environments and regional trade compliance.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise-wide supply chain systems and procurement terminology.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead cross-functional S&OP cycles aligning capacity with demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners on capacity, quality, and schedules; manage contracts and scorecards.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance (PPB, NCM) and trade facilitation for Brazilian operations.
  • Use data analytics to identify issues, optimize inventory and reduce excess/obsolete stock.
  • Act as liaison with ABINEE and local teams to monitor regulatory changes.
  • Oversee end-to-end customer order fulfillment with a focus on cost and delivery milestones.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost management.
  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure alignment with business goals.

In Brazil the local team covers not only the core operational activities like Supply Chain & Fulfillment, Cost Management, quality and compliance, but also some specific country unique activities such as demand planning, government affairs, customer and sales relations and other processes related to our region The team is a fun, diverse and highly engaged group, dedicated to driving innovation and continuously optimizing our operational performance. Your Impact Lead cross-functional projects across government affairs, regulatory compliance, and partner ecosystems to strengthen sales and customer relationships. Drive S&OP integration by aligning demand forecasts with local manufacturing capacity to ensure operational success. The Manufacturing Operations & Fulfillment Project Manager serves as a senior interface for manufacturing partners and is accountable for the end-to-end execution of customer order fulfillment within a complex regulatory environment. This role integrates strategic material planning, including inventory optimization and procurement—with operational oversight of the production cycle. The incumbent coordinates cross-functional collaboration to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality standards, and strict adherence to delivery milestones and local regulatory requirements, specifically within the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Local manufacturing interface: Focal point for customers and sales, bridging communication to our CM and local team. Accountable for business requirements, factory visits and enhancement of the overall Customer Experience (CX).
  • S&OP Integration: Lead and participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles to align supply chain capacity with demand forecasts and provide the inputs to the demand planning system, ensuring operational readiness and financial alignment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to troubleshoot operational issues, evaluate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and lead all aspects of Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory to minimize financial impact.
  • Manufacturing Partner Coordination: Act as the lead liaison with manufacturing partners to ensure alignment of capacity, quality standards, production schedules, distribution center (SLC), scorecards and contracts, also extended to local suppliers.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Trade Facilitation: PPB (Processo Produtivo Básico): Ensure all manufacturing processes align with the Basic Productive Process (PPB) requirements to maintain fiscal and regulatory standing.
  • HTS/NCM Management: Manage Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and NCM (Nomenclatura Comum do Mercosul) classifications to ensure accurate import/export documentation and compliance.
  • External Liaison: Act as the main point of contact ABINEE (Associação Brasileira daIndústria Elétrica e Eletrônica) to monitor regulatory changes and represent company interests in industry discussions.
  • Process Improvement: Lead or actively participate in ongoing initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, capacity management, and process control.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Planning Operations, Business Management, or equivalent professional experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Supply Chain management, with specific exposure to complex regulatory environments and regional trade compliance.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise-wide supply chain systems.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement terminology (e.g., ROP execution, supply-demand reviews).
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making at a senior level.
  • Deep understanding of Brazilian regulatory frameworks (PPB, NCM) and industry association engagement (ABINEE).
  • Proficient in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good communications skills with clearly data-driven insights to leadership, translating technical supply chain metrics into actionable business narratives.
  • Power BI skills AI / automation background
  • Proficient in Spanish
  • MBA or other business-related certification.
