Wipro is seeking a Trade Support Manager in Brazil to oversee end-to-end trade capture, booking, confirmation and settlement preparation for fixed income instruments and loans. You will ensure accurate data, timely processing and regulatory compliance across multiple settlement networks.

The role requires 8-10 years of hands-on experience in trade support, strong knowledge of market standards, and effective communication with front office and onshore teams.

Qualificações

• 8-10 years of experience in trade support or related finance roles.
• Experience with trade bookings, confirmations, and settlements processes.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging and financial market standards.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Trade Support processes in line with procedures, control frameworks and SLAs under offshore model.
• Perform trade booking, confirmation and settlement prep for Bonds and Term Loans across DTC, Euroclear, FED and Clearpar.
• Ensure trades are captured accurately and timely in relevant systems.
• Confirm trades with counterparties per market standards and internal guidelines.
• On TD+0/TD+1, ensure trades are matched, funded and ready for settlement on value date.
• Monitor settlement status and escalate issues to onshore teams as required.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks; escalate unresolved exceptions.
• Support failed trade management and claims processing with timely follow-up.
• Handle Repo trade booking and settlement.
• Perform daily controls, reconciliations and sign-offs to ensure internal controls.
• Monitor system error queues and ensure timely remediation or escalation.
• Interpret and process SWIFT settlement messages MT540–MT548.
• Adhere to regulatory/reporting requirements (EMIR, MiFID, SEC) as offshore scope.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with onshore Trade Support, Front Office, custodians, brokers and technology teams.

Job Description

• Execute assigned Trade Support processes in line with approved procedures, control frameworks, and SLAs under the offshore operating model.
• Perform trade booking, confirmation, and settlement preparation for Bonds and Term Loans across DTC, Euroclear, FED, and Clearpar.
• Ensure trades are captured accurately, completely, and within agreed timelines in relevant systems.
• Confirm trades with counterparties in accordance with market standards and internal guidelines.
• On TD+0 / TD+1, ensure trades are matched, funded, and ready for settlement on value date.
• Monitor settlement status and proactively identify potential settlement issues, escalating risks and delays to onshore teams as required.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks. Escalate unresolved exceptions to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support failed trade management and claims processing, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
• Handle Repo trade booking and settlement.
• Perform daily controls, reconciliations, and checklist sign-offs to ensure compliance with internal control requirements.
• Monitor system exception reports, error queues, and task workstations, ensuring timely remediation or escalation.
• Interpret and process SWIFT settlement messages (MT540–MT548) to support accurate settlement flows.
• Adhere to applicable regulatory and reporting requirements (e.g., EMIR, MiFID, SEC) as defined within the offshore scope of work.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with onshore Trade Support, Front Office, custodians, brokers, and technology teams.
