Deutsche Bank Sao Paulo is seeking an Operations professional to support Fixed Income and Derivatives processing in Brazil. You will manage risk controls, coordinate with front office and counterparties, and ensure timely settlement and reporting across global markets.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration and proactive problem solving, with opportunities to work on system enhancements and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

  • Intermediate English and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Copilot IA is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and collaborative team player.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure timely escalation of operational and regulatory risks to line manager and leads.
  • Build and manage relationships with front office and internal/external parties.
  • Perform transaction validations and pre-matching for Fixed Income and Derivatives.
  • Monitor bonds and derivatives transactions through clearing and settlement systems.
  • Register, process, and settle Fixed Income and Derivatives trades with clearing houses.
  • Generate, review and distribute reports related to Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives.
  • Support testing related to incidents, system enhancements and new product implementations.
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies within the team.

Branch Operations is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information for Fixed Income and Derivatives Products. This may require them to perform controls within their own area of responsibility.

  • Ensuring the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate

  • Maintain daily contact with local brokers and counterparties to verify, monitor, and resolve transaction-related issues.
  • Register, process, and settle Fixed Income and Derivatives trades with clearing houses.
  • Generate, review, and distribute reports related to Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives activities.
  • Support the team in executing tests related to incidents, system enhancements, and new product implementations.
