Carrier is seeking a Supply Planning Manager in Santa Catarina, Brazil, to ensure manufacturing continuity by developing mid- to long-term supply plans aligned with customer demand and business goals. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, and Operations teams to optimize production, inventory, and capacity utilization.

The role requires 5+ years in supply planning, strong Excel and ERP skills, and experience with SIOP/IBP processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, SIOP/S&OP, Master Planning, Materials Management, or related functions.
• Experience working within manufacturing environments and managing factory production plans.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, capacity planning, and supply continuity processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or advanced planning systems.
• Knowledge of S&OE / S&OP / IBP / SIOP planning.
• Experience working in MTO/ETO manufacturing environments.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Leads in development of strategies for supply planning within the Commercial SIOP team.
• Performs scenario planning and rough-cut capacity analysis to support supply/demand shifts and product life cycles.
• Leads proactive identification and resolution of long-range supply chain risks including labor and material constraints.
• Spearheads standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP to optimize resources and meet delivery expectations.
• Analyzes supply streams and establishes data relationship linkages.
• Leads capacity and fulfillment demand planning with plant manufacturing operations.
• Supports monthly production volume planning using forecast, inventory, orders, and capacity parameters.
• Plans and reports on finished goods, components, and inventory aligned with DOH targets; identifies gaps and mitigates risks.
• Analyzes and drives new technologies to improve inventory planning and SIOP capability and reliability.
• Tracks metrics to drive continuous improvement.

About the role

The Supply Planning Manager will play a critical role in ensuring manufacturing continuity by developing and executing mid to long-term supply plans aligned with customer demand and business objectives. This role will support factory operations through effective production planning, inventory optimization, and capacity management while collaborating cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads in the development of strategies for supply planning within the Commercial SIOP team.
• Performs scenario planning and rough-cut capacity analysis to support supply and demand shifts, new product introductions, and product lifecycle transitions.
• Lead proactive identification and resolution of long-range supply chain risks including labor, material, and equipment constraints.
• Spearheads the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery.
• Analyzes identified supply streams and leads in the establishment of data relationship linkages.
• Leads in the planning of capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operations.
• Facilitates with manufacturing team leaders and leads in the development of monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters.
• Supports planning and reporting of finished goods, components, and E&O inventory in alignment with DOH targets and working capital objectives. Identifies gaps and risks to DOH/Inventory plans and drives actions to mitigate
• Analyzes and leads in the development of new technologies to improve materials, inventory planning and SIOP capability, sustainability, and reliability.
• Spearheads tracking appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, SIOP/S&OP, Master Planning, Materials Management, or related Supply Chain functions
• Experience working within manufacturing environments and managing factory production plans
• Strong understanding of inventory management, capacity planning, and supply continuity processes
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or advanced planning systems
• Knowledge of S&OE / S&OP / IBP / SIOP planning
• Experience working in MTO/ETO manufacturing environments
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
