An innovative company is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead a talented team of Sales Executives. SALES LEADERSHIP
Our sales leaders are responsible for one of the business segments shown below. Their teams sell across multiple verticals or to a specific vertical, such as Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Goods, or Public Sector. Their teams (varying from 6-12 members) may sell the entire Salesforce platform or specialize in a specific Cloud solution, such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Platform, CPQ, Quip, or Analytics.
SALES MANAGER & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Sales Executives. You will participate in and lead client and prospect meetings, working cross-functionally with customers and internal resources as needed. Your responsibilities include mentoring, recruiting, hiring, and training new team members on the sales process. You will report on sales activity and forecasts to senior management. You will set and drive Salesforce's sales strategy within your region or territory and lead a growing sales organization, including individual contributors, to drive regional growth. You will plan and execute at both strategic and operational levels.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Successful candidates typically have 2-8+ years of sales leadership experience managing teams of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople, depending on the segment.
