4flow SE is seeking a Manager of Operations Management for their Campinas location in Brazil. You will lead an international team of logistics specialists, manage daily operations, and optimize transport flows while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Master’s in road transport management, plus experience in team leadership, IT systems (Excel and ERP), and a strong English proficiency, with Italian/French as a plus. Hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualificações

• Master's degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment.
• Initial experience in team management and development.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to adapt to peak activity periods, with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Advanced knowledge of professional IT systems (Excel) as well as various enterprise management systems.
• Strong interest in the transport and logistics sector and working in a dynamic, international environment with extensive use of remote communication tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Italian and/or French are a plus.
