4flow Brazil is seeking a senior logistics leader to manage an international team of logistics specialists and drive daily operations across borders.

You will optimize the flow of goods, monitor performance and costs, and maintain close communication with customers to ensure satisfaction. English is essential, with Italian or French as a plus; this is a permanent CLT position in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualificações

• Master's degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment.
• Initial experience in team management and development.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to adapt to peak activity periods with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Advanced knowledge of professional IT systems (Excel) and enterprise management systems.
• Interest in the transport and logistics sector and international environment with remote communication tools.
• Excellent English; Italian and/or French are a plus.
