Job summary

HARMAN in Manaus is seeking a Maintenance Manager responsible for coordinating industrial and facilities maintenance activities across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and infrastructure systems. Responsible for coordinating industrial and facilities maintenance activities, ensuring the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC, exhaust, compressed air, and general infrastructure systems. Oversees maintenance contracts and suppliers, monitors energy consumption, coordinates calibration activities, ensures compliance with ISO requirements, and leads continuous improvement and manufacturing optimization projects to maintain the reliability, availability, and efficiency of company facilities and equipment.
