QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an experienced ML/AI engineer to drive client engagements and deliver end-to-end AI solutions using EcliptOS.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across data science, software engineering, and product to translate complex challenges into scalable deployments, applying Python, Docker, and Kubernetes in production environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
• Experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes in deployment.
• Client-facing experience is a strong advantage.

Your Impact

You will help clients get the most value from EcliptOS, QuantumBlack Studio’s AI Operating System, a next-generation platform designed to connect strategy to execution through agentic systems.

You will act as a technical partner to our clients, helping them achieve their desired outcomes, realize the full value of EcliptOS, and build long-term success with the platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and software engineer, to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive continuous improvement.

You will sit at the intersection of client engagement and technical delivery, combining a client-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed with EcliptOS.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering
• Experience working in client-facing roles is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data science, and GenAI concepts
• Experience with software development and deployment, preferably in Python
• Experience with deployment and infrastructure management, preferably in environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to address technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex challenges
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proactive, client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
