QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey is seeking a seasoned Client Success leader to drive long-term client partnerships and measurable outcomes in data engineering and GenAI projects. You will guide ML engineers, manage client relationships, and collaborate across engineering, data science, and support teams to ensure high-value delivery.

You will leverage Python-based deployment, Docker/Kubernetes infrastructure, and a client-focused mindset to accelerate client value while upholding ethical standards

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in client success or account management in analytics environments.
• Track record of working with enterprise clients and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data science and GenAI concepts.
• Experience with Python development and deployment.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and infrastructure.
• Ability to address technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proactive, client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.

• Lead teams of ML Engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Your Impact

You'll help clients get the most value from EcliptOS, QuantumBlack Studio's AI Operating System, a next-generation platform designed to connect strategy to execution through agentic systems.

EcliptOS enables organizations to run advanced AI-driven workflows and manage intelligent systems within their existing technology ecosystems. You'll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them achieve their desired outcomes, realize the full value of EcliptOS, and build long-term success with the platform.

You'll lead a team of Machine Learning Engineers, guiding their work to deliver high-quality technical solutions and support to clients. You'll provide direction to the team while ensuring their efforts remain closely aligned with client needs and desired outcomes.

You'll also oversee client relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and support, to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive continuous improvement.

You will sit at the intersection of client leadership, technical delivery, and people management. It will require your strong leadership and strategic thinking, a client-focused mindset, and a passion for helping both clients and teams succeed.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role, preferably in a data engineering or analytics environment
• Track record of working with enterprise clients and driving measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data science and GenAI concepts
• Experience with software development/deployment, preferably in Python
• Experience with deployment and infrastructure management, preferably in environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to address technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex challenges
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proactive, client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
