QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, located in São Paulo, is seeking a Software Engineer to work with clients to transform their digital capabilities through innovative solutions. You will develop software products while mentoring teams on best practices and user-centric design.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience in programming languages like Python or Java. This role offers opportunities to grow technically and establish impactful products for various industries.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (graduation between December 2023 and December 2026).
• Foundational experience developing software applications and writing clean, maintainable code.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields (graduation between December 2023 and December 2026)
• Foundational experience developing software applications and writing clean, maintainable code
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#
• Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks (e.g., APIs, frontend frameworks, databases, or cloud platforms) through academic, internship, or personal projects
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Effective communication skills — both verbally and in writing — in English and Portuguese
