BRP is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our Campinas, Brazil team. You will standardize and deploy ML/analytics projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform with DevOps/MLOps practices.

You will work at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and DevOps, shaping scalable AI-driven solutions across our platform. Fluency in Portuguese and English is expected, with experience in production ML environments.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience designing and deploying ML/analytics solutions.
• Strong Python and SQL programming experience for data processing and model development.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and MLOps practices.

We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in standardizing and deploying machine learning/advanced analytics projects, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform (DevOps/MLOps).

This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and DevOps, helping to shape the way we deliver scalable and efficient AI-driven solutions at BRP.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and advanced analytics solutions in production environments.
• Develop and standardize data and ML workflows to ensure reliability, reproducibility, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and data engineers to enhance data pipelines and continuously improve model performance.
• Implement and evolve MLOps and DevOps practices to streamline model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive platform improvements by automating workflows, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring system health and performance.

Experience

Qualifications and Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Engineer, with strong exposure to machine learning projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing, model development, and automation.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, modular design, testing, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with classical machine learning algorithms and model evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) workflows and related tools.

Professional Competencies

• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Languages

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Stand Out With...

• Working experience designing and building Large Language Models (LLM)/Agentic solutions.
• Experience with Azure resources for AI/Machine Learning.
• Experience with Dataiku for managing machine learning workflows.
• Familiarity with Snowflake as a cloud-based data warehouse.
• Knowledge of Dagster for orchestrating data pipelines.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps for CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of French.
