ABI Growth includes the following business lines: BEES (our business-to-business e-commerce and SaaS business, also focused on new technologies), TaDa and Ze Delivery (our direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses), and several other high-tech divisions, including fintech and venture capital.

What you’ll do:

1. Architect and orchestrate the implementation of ABI Growth Group's AI Mission, Vision, and ML Strategy.
2. Own technical end-to-end delivery of ML pipelines from architecture to production scaling.
3. Create a culture of empathy and psychological safety that encourages those you collaborate with to be owners of the solutions you own.
4. Spearhead a diagram-based approach to articulating planned green-field and brown-field development to ensure unambiguous communication of your planned endeavors.
5. Manage product resourcing allocation to meet deadlines.

What you’ll need:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or any quantitative field. A master’s degree is a plus.
2. Relevant experience with Machine Learning Platform Architecture.
3. Systems Thinking and Software Design Patterns.
4. Experience with Python, PySpark, DataDog, Terraform, API Management, GitHub Workflows, Docker and Test Driven Development.
5. Knowledge with Front End technology frameworks, Software Development Lifecycle, Bash, Software System Integration and Software Refactoring Techniques.
6. Experience with solution runtime efficiency optimizations.
