NeoWork is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to keep orders, shipments, and inventory moving for U.S. clients. You will coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate records.

This 100% home-based position is based in Brazil and aligns with U.S. business hours. You’ll contribute to a global staffing partner that handles recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support while you focus on operations and problem-solving in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management.
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume, multi-system work.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.
• Based in Brazil, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, order entry, and order status updates.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams.
• Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays or exceptions.
• Reconcile inventory between systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Communicate order and delivery updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records across portals and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, order entry, and order status updates
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams
• Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
