Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to coordinate and optimize the flow of materials, products, and information across the supply chain. You will lead logistics activities, drive service excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Fluent English is mandatory; experience with WMS and SAP, and a track record in inventory management and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, including leadership as a Coordinator or Supervisor.
• Fluent English is mandatory for global and cross-functional communication.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms, preferably SAP.
• Solid experience in inventory management, accuracy, cycle counting, and stock control processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
• Results-oriented with excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials, products, and information across the supply chain. You will lead logistics activities, ensure service excellence, drive process improvements, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, including previous leadership experience as a Coordinatoror Supervisor.
• Fluent English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global and cross‑functional environment.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms, preferably SAP.
• Solid experience in inventory management, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and stock control processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Results‑oriented professional with excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of logistics KPIs, warehousing best practices, and supply chain optimization.
