We manage port-to-port transportation—both refrigerated and non-refrigerated—serving as a vital intermediary in the logistics chain. This fully remote position offers you the chance to play a critical role in driving operational excellence from the comfort of your home.

The Role

What You’ll Do

1. Freight Management: Book and coordinate freight loads, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling for seamless transportation.
2. Driver & Client Communication: Act as the key point of contact for drivers and clients, sending essential documents like Bills of Lading and confirming delivery schedules.
3. Data Accuracy: Enter and maintain logistics data in our systems, ensuring every detail is accurate and up to date.
4. Client Support: Provide quotes, tracking updates, and exceptional customer service, promptly resolving inquiries related to shipments.
5. Amazon Logistics Expertise: (Preferred) Manage appointments and deliveries specifically related to Amazon operations, leveraging knowledge of Amazon’s logistics software and processes.

Ideal Profile

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven Experience: A solid background in logistics and transportation, with specific expertise in the domestic (U.S.) market.
2. Amazon Know-How: Familiarity with Amazon’s logistics needs, including appointment scheduling and delivery management, is a big plus.
3. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders.
4. Tech-Savvy: Quick adaptability to new software systems; experience with Amazon logistics software is an advantage but not required.
5. Problem Solver: A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle challenges with critical thinking under pressure.
